The event, taking place both online and physically in Amsterdam at the ASI, marked the launch of the technical report of the Transformative Partnerships project. At the event, VU Researchers and project members Cornelia Fast, Montserrat Koloffon, Oscar Widerberg, and Philipp Pattberg, presented the report and its results.
PI of Transformative Partnerships 2030, Karin Bäckstrand, also participated in this event, delivering a presentation on the project. Sander Chan, at Radboud University, provided insightful comments and discussion on the technical report.
The report - available in full length as a PDF file here or as a website here - delves into issues on how multistakeholder partnerships (MSPs) address the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and different sustainability challenges. For example, the report investigates which SDGs that partnerships connect, finding that the environmental goals are most often jointly addressed.
